EDUCATION AND EARLY PASSION: My roots run deep in the North Shore, with education at Carson Graham high school and Capilano University. Early experiences in the restaurant business ignited my passion for serving people, a flame that continues to burn brightly in my real estate endeavors.

TELEVISION/MEDIA INDUSTRY LEGACY: Before diving into real estate, I spent over 25 years in a top position in the television/media industry. This was an excellent training ground, preparing me for the complexities of real estate, instilling in me the skills of management, sales, negotiation, and promotion.
